Healthy Living Fair – Get (more)Healthy?

Are you looking to learn more about how to live a healthy life, alternative treatments, and homo-therapy ? Then maybe it could be interesting for you to visit the annual Healthy Living Fair (Sund Livsstil).

By Bente D. Knudsen

It takes place this weekend in Øksnehallen in Copenhagen – next year in March 2017 in Aarhus. It opens today (30 September) and runs until Sunday 2 October. In Øksenhallen you can join 15,000 visitors and meet more than 180 exhibitors, presenting everything from organic skincare products, different kinds of ”helse produkter”, the Danish name for food which has a special ingredient deemed particularly healthy, information on alternative treatments, homo-therapy and much more. You can also buy a take-away healthy meal or have a bite in one of the two cafes on site – where Café Ambrosia  serves uniquely vegetarian specialities.

Try out the different stands, where the exhibitors present various forms of massage techniques and therapies, find  information about for instance healing, crane-sacral therapy, rose therapy and of course try them out too!
