Visit the Romanian arts and crafts festival in Copenhagen
In the context of the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the EU, the Romanian Embassy in Denmark organises a Romanian arts and crafts festival in Copenhagen. You are invited.

Not many Danes will have noticed that the 9 May is Europe Day, however, the Embassy of Romania in Denmark, in cooperation with the National Village Museum “Dimitrie Gusti” from Bucharest, has organised a joint celebration at the main stage of the Copenhagen City Hall.
And of course they have selected the Europe Day for the opening as Romania for the first time since it became member of the EU, is holding the Presidency of the Council of Europe this spring.
From 9 May until 12 May, Romanian artisans will invite you on a journey to visit the authentic Romania.
They will offer live demonstrations of artisanal handicrafts and craft work, such as egg painting, mask crafting, pottery, woodcarving, glass painting, weaving, embroidery.
Visitors can experience the techniques used to create the crafts by trying themselves and making their own souvenir. Artisanal handicrafts will be displayed for sale.

Romanian Crafts Festival in Copenhagen (Rådhuspladsen, 9 to 12 May 2019).
Opening ceremony on 9 May from 18:00 with the presence of the Romanian Ambassador, and general opening hours will be 10 to 12 May from 11:00 to 19:00. Free Entrance.
